The 2018 campaign continued in the right direction for Miguel Ibarra this past week, as the MNUFC midfielder scored his second goal of the season and was selected into the MLS Team of the Week.

Ibarra received the ball at the top of the box and hit a fading left-footed ball into the top corner of the netting for an insurance goal against the Montreal Impact. Ibarra has played a pivotal role for the Loons all year long, leading the team in assists with three and just one goal behind Darwin Quintero and Christian Ramirez for the team lead in goals scored.
