In this episode, Steve is joined by Jeremy Sutherland, a designer and entrepreneur who launched a socially conscious streetwear brand based in Minneapolis – Hybrid Nation – and wearing an "In Diversity We Trust" hat designed by his younger brother, Justin Sutherland, co-managing partner of the Madison Restaurant Group, owner of several restaurants and the Official Culinary Consultant for Allianz Field.
