As part of our ongoing quest to help develop the sport of soccer in the Upper Midwest, Minnesota United hosts a series of tryouts, clinics, and development camps every year. These camps fall into three primary categories: ID Camps, Youth Camps, and Community Clinics. Our ID Camps are geared toward talent identification, with an aim to prepare talented players for MLS NEXT competition and add the top players to the MNUFC Academy ranks. The Youth Camp program is primarily focused on spreading the game to any player that wants to play, with emphasis split between development and simply enjoying the beautiful game. Lastly, our Community Clinics, presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, are hosted periodically around the Twin Cities in partnership with local organizations, providing free access to soccer for youngsters who might not have many opportunities to get involved.
