In partnership with local nonprofits, soccer organizations, and presenting sponsor Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, MNUFC’s free soccer clinics have become a staple of our yearly programming. These traveling sessions bring soccer to kids between the ages of 5 and 18 all over the Twin Cities, giving more than 1,500 boys and girls a chance to get in the game every year.

Girls Soccer Clinic: May 30, 2026
Come one, come all! Minnesota United and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota are hosting a free community soccer clinic at the National Sports Center. Girls ages 6-18 will have the chance to participate, but spaces are limited so make sure to register soon!

Amputee Soccer Clinics: May, July and October 2026
Open to players with any disability (physical, intellectual, sensory, or neurological), as well as those interested in learning the adaptive format. All ages, abilities, and experience levels welcome. No prior soccer experience required. Equipment provided. Players, families, and caregivers are all welcome to participate. Whether you’ve played your whole life or are brand new to the game, this is a place to learn, connect, and get on the field.
We’re always looking for new partners to expand our clinics program. If you’re a nonprofit and/or a soccer organization in the area, fill out this form to indicate your interest in helping us host a clinic in the future!
