The Process
Players can be selected to join the Academy through a variety of different methods, all based on meeting players where they’re at and aiming to cultivate their talent in the best possible environment. The pipeline generally follows one of the following three routes:
- Pre-Academy participation leads to Academy selection
- Player stands out in an Academy tryout
- Player is identified by one of our talent scouts
Whether a player is identified through our Pre-Academy program at a young age, picked out of a direct tryout, or discovered by a scout, there is a lot of thought and intention that goes into the recruitment of every player that comes through our program. If you or your player would like to become a member of our Academy, one of these three options will be your best avenue to doing so.
