A new era of MLS is coming in 2027, as the league is making a seismic change to align its competition calendar with the top leagues in the world. We don’t have room to get into all of those details here (visit our Schedule Change Info page to learn more about why this is a huge deal), but suffice to say, the 2027-2028 MLS campaign is going to be one for the ages, complete with a 14-game Sprint Season, a 34-game MLS regular season, two MLS Cup Champions, and more.

As part of a one-time transition to the new calendar, 2027-2028 Season Ticket Memberships will include a total of 25 games, 7 games as part of the 2027 Sprint Season, 17 games as part of the 2027-2028 MLS Regular Season, and one bonus MNUFC game.

• $50 deposit for general seating areas including the lower bowl, upper level, and Supporters Section

• Deposit required for each seat (e.g., to purchase three seats in the lower bowl, you would need to place a $150 deposit)

• Deposit is applied toward your season ticket purchase

How does the seat selection process work?
This October, after all current Season Ticket Members have had an opportunity to relocate into any available inventory, all members of The Preserve as well as all fans who have placed a deposit toward a 2027-2028 membership will receive a dedicated window during which they can log into an online portal and choose their seats from all available inventory. Those who place a deposit earliest will be able to select earlier, with more inventory available to choose from. Additional information about the process will be communicated closer to its opening. 

How does payment work?
After choosing seats during October’s seat selection process, you will be enrolled in our monthly payment plan with equal payments until November 1of next year, with your first payment being processed upon your confirmed seat selection. The remaining monthly payments would be automatically charged to the card on file the first of each month through November of 2028.

What if the seats I want aren’t available during the selection process?
The best thing to do is become an STM in another location, because STMs always get the first opportunity to relocate to new seats that become open each season. There’s a good chance you’ll be able to get to the seating section you want within one season.  

Additionally, season ticket deposits are non-refundable, so if you don’t select a seat, you will be losing out on your deposit. 

What’s happening to The Preserve?
We’re beginning to transition away from The Preserve and move toward an annual deposit system, with the cost of the deposit applied toward the purchase of a membership. Existing members of The Preserve will have one final opportunity to select season tickets during this year's season ticket selection process in October. As a special bonus, they will also receive a $25 per-seat discount on the cost of their membership, effectively recouping their initial investment.
